I heard the best for PS3 is 7 Brightness, 8 contrast and 3 saturation & rgb limited on the ps3 console. also i have a 1080i plasma but the system said my optimal display is 1080p. I unchecked the other settings and left 1080p. is there anyway to check if it downscaled the image or something. Just want to make sure its still at 1080p.

In attempt of a choice display resolution in the PS3 settings when it testing the monitor it can't issue the picture. It means that a setup of the screen can't be complete.
